Yep. Just not enough there, metal bits or otherwise, to be worth $4k. I'd expect at least... doors or something.

OTOH, it's only CP if you try trading him an 80's Chevy 4x4 you got for much cheaper and he turns it down. He doesn't have to know what you paid.

I suppose it's low on parts no window or firewall. I guess I just looked at the Ford engine and thought it was kinda unique route to go with.
